They've been around 40 years. You think they never bothered putting a few points into the Stealth knack?

We didn't have point allocation back then. Monsters have set stats and are easy to find. Killing them on the other hand... Most difficult.

And it's time...

OOoorrriiiiigggiiiiiiiinnnssss!!!

I miss those days, now I'm just jaded and tired before we start.

Nothing to be nervous about though, we are old friends and nobody is going to do anything too horrible (so long as you avoid the c hall restroom)

Maybe so, but the 8 hour drive might also be adding to my nerves.

Where are you driving from Joecrak? Mark drives us all the way from Massachusetts, and it's usually almost a 12 hour drive, so you got it easy with an 8 hour drive, lol.
Really, there is nothing to be nervous about, you'll feel right at home in no time, as we are all pretty well laid back. Of course after driving for 12 hours and then gaming for 4/5 days fairly straight, we all walk around looking like zombies by the end of the convention.

Oh, and speaking of driving, Mark. Is it just you and me this time, or are we being joined by anyone else this year?

I'm coming from Philadelphia. and yeah, I had figured, based off of previous postings, that there were so MA peoples, just never know who's flying and who's driving.

Still excited, first ever partaking of a living campaign type thing.

after 21 years, origins in columbus is like a second home. i will be happy to answer questions like a host would. suggest restaurants once you get there, advise towards various events, etc.

Cool, thanks. I've already go a bunch of friends that go there regularly, they work a lot with the Games on Demand section.

Exactly two weeks from today I will be sitting in my hotel room across the street from the convention center, relaxing before the big day!

Please don't have a problem with the hotel elevators this year. Twisted my ankle earlier and it's giving me fits... :?

Mike is fit, he can carry you. If not, we will loan you Jeremy but you have to call him "Hodor".

Yes and we all know what he will say when he complains.

Speaking of Hodor, Jeremy and I want to get pics of as many people as possible "Hodoring" this year. (if you are up to date on Game of thrones, you get what I mean)

We're rapidly closing in!

Oh yeah... This thing is next week. Guess I better write an adventure or something for it.

Bad things happen to continuity when I wing it.

Hard to believe this is my 21st in a row. My badge can buy booze now.
