You got time to wander the dealer hall?. I need to remember that when we start scheduling next year. Ok, if you are running anything at Origins, you should have spent this weekend re-reading it. So if you have not done so, use monday to do that.

I hate nights like this. I am too hyped to get to sleep. I've been trying for the last 2 hours. Read, played on computer, tossed and turned some more, got up again, read some more, tossed and turned some more. Eyes are tired, but body is not co-operating. Ah well, milk didn't help either, other than stop the belly from growling. Off again to try. :|

All done (weeks ago, then again last week).
I have errands to run today, then I have to make the kiddos a paper chain for them to take apart while I'm gone, then pack. But I bet I could get in one more read-through.

Well, finally got some sleep around 4pm, and now just getting up. I have one errand to do today, laundry, ugh. But once it is done, I can head down to Mark's, and we head off to Origins tomorrow morning!

You know, those strange cube and triangle shaped dice. Even that vaunted "d20".

(My d10s are already at hands' reach.)

I'm not questioning their existence, just their utility in light of 7th Sea.

Eh, it was a concession I had to make to the husband to at least try a couple of RPGs outside of 7th Sea. Unless you want me playing previous adventures I already sort of know the plot to... ;)

To Mark and Laura, safe drive, and good eatings. I predict a wonderful hamburger in your immediate future. To Mike, Dave, Lady Grace et al, a great convention. Have fun, don't afraid to be silly (or entertaining), and relax. I can't express how much I wish I was joining you, but my daughters graduation has to take precedent. I have to start a new run of attending Origins starting next year. Be well!!!!!

Alright, logging off to pack this up for the trip. I might check in periodically but probably will just call Dave and have him update you all.

Charlie, I'm missing you already. See you at GC!

Ok, now that somebody is on the road we can chat about stuff that drives him bonkers. Remember to ask him constantly about who these heroes are in altamira and when you get to loot them. Ask if any of the buildings are missing windows and doors. Suggest burning the city down to protect it and ask about if the ship or building may have a build up of gas and possibly explode.

Ok Charlie, Saturday it is. Mark called from the road around 3:30. If he is not there yet, he will be in about 30 minutes. I am not sitting in my car eager to leave but I AM leaning against it.

Ok, I just wrote a great night before origins thing and the system logged me out without posting it. Far too lazy to rewrite it, the moment is gone. Turning in, will see you all tomorrow (except those who can't make it who I shall miss dearly). I promise to make Mark laugh hard enough to stop at least one session. I promise to be a fun GM. I promise to give you the best session I can run EVERY time I run. And I have a good feeling about this Origins... It's gonna be one with stories attached.

So here it is 8:30 and already I have stories. Kenny and company did not, in fact, kill any horses, but they did have a splendid time (though Dave, we have to now discuss what happens when players attempt to loot the children ;) ) Kenny did end up vomiting during the first fight, and he gave away their subterfuge when the others attempted to sneak in (but recovered quickly).

Game went well into the morning but I got to sleep in, so all is good!
