Mike,
If you need roommates, you might also want to check in on TC's forum (though I don't know how much traffic it actually gets). And if you are on the Facebook, you could also check their page (which gets quite a bit more traffic).

In any case, I'll be seeing you in just over 9 weeks now!

Well, it's $19 more for the Con Hotel than Red Roof Inn. Is the Con breakfast worthwhile?

Facebook? I waste too much time on the Internet already!

And, I see the podiatrist today about my feet. If you'll remember, I did too much walking in Boston last year, and I haven't even wanted to do my 1/2 hour walk over my lunch hour at work since.

Not a clue, I live way too close to justify staying at the hotel.

I figured as much, it was just that we have a, well, a fuddy-duddy around here who every time FB is mentioned goes off on a rant about how she's never joined up and never will, blah blah blah so I was trying to ask gently if you had an account.

I remember you saying you'd hurt your foot, and I feel for you. I hurt my arm weightlifting and it took about a year before I finally had enough and decided to just continue working out whether it hurt or not.

I have to admire your perseverance. In theory, I know what you are saying, but that's one of the things that I'll be discussing with the podiatrist.

I can walk through pain, but don't want to immobilize myself quite yet. I've already made arrangements for another trip to Italy (and paid for most of it) - to Catania in Sicily this year.

Hoo-ray! The podiatrist says it's ok to walk with pain- within reason...

Look out Boston! :P

So, what's to do about having Facebook? Not everyone needs to have it. :P

Doesn't matter to me if you ask anyone else if they have Facebook or not, its not my business.

It may not be your business, but if I mention it I'm betting I'm going to hear about it ;)

My speech is often riddled with hyperbole and worse. I apologize.

A) in my defense, I never said WHO was a fuddy-duddy, and

B) I didn't add Ol' in front of fuddy-duddy

The con hotel has breakfast. It is not included with the room though. They have a buffet and I believe menu service, though I have only seen people using the buffet. It is what you would expect from a hotel. There is a brunch on Sunday that is more extensive and draws locals in. The brunch is pretty decent for the price.

Looking forward to gaming with you! Signed up for both Thursday slots, 3 and 7, unfortunately due my own games and such that's all I can get into this year, but it should be fun nonetheless! See you all there!

3 is still my favorite episode. I love running it, I love playing it (despite it containing the one thing Mark and I will always disagree on). And 7...well, just be ready for anything and pay real close attention to everything. This year's adventures are chock full of long term plot stuff.

Congrats Mark,

But lets keep the excitement level down, don't want to strain your voice before you get to the Con. ;)
Oh, and lets add bringing your kids bullhorn to your list of what you need to bring. :P
