Actually, he is at 144 (assuming you math is right). You missed the advanced knack cost for bear hug. I would advise taking a hubris and dropping an advanced knack from the merchant and sailor skills (haggle or appraise and pilot or navigate) to get back 6 points. That would put you at 2 remaining points to re-spend. I would consider an increase to footwork 3 and raising the bow or axe attack.
