Oh! So the one you were talking about at the meeting?

Okay, gotcha. I'm like 75% sure of who you're talking about.

Caitlin was the beautiful one. Connor was the handsome one.

If you are at 75% you are in real trouble!

Connor was the older brother. He was sitting to the left of Caralyn.

Have you noticed that your attention span has been wandering lately? Perhaps Dr. Edwards can give you a deal if you sign on as a new patient.

Caitlyn has shoulder length red hair. Caralyn has short spiky red hair. Connor wears a short plaid dress a big sword and has a red bandanna on. (and Kara spent 4 hours looking right across the table at them)

No, I spent four hours tired out of my mind. I didn't really even know what was going on...just ask Kristin or Adam about the ride home.

CV is getting short on GMs seeing as Mark now has his own campaign and Adam is going to be leaving to start his own. We'll just have Frank, Kristin, me, and potentially Kenny. Frank is going to see if he can train my brother but if you think I lack confidence.....yeah, you'll see if you ever meet him.

As for you, Mark was making suggestions for potential GMs and you were one of the people he mentioned.

See, I know what that is supposed to mean but I have a ridiculous amount of Lovecraft in the library and a real fondness for the original era so it does not compute. All I get is a mash-up of elder gods and giant transforming robot jets. (randolph carter/ rick hunter team ups)

Yea, it's worse than you think Sal. In order to find it entertaining, you absolutely must not be an adherent to the original Lovecraft material. If you are, CT simply won't make sense. When I say, "Nyarlathotep controls the Chrysalis Corporation, one of the few remaining megacorps on Earth." It will start to make your head hurt, then ache, then finally asplode...

It's not Cthulhu mythos meets mecha. It's living mecha in future, ravaged earth, with some Cthulhu-esque flair (and all the original names) thrown in for flavor.

I read it as part of an assignment. One of the companies I wrote for was going to do an adventure series for it, but it never got past the talking stage. I think it fits better as a miniatures game than rpg.

Hey, if it gets my brother to start coming to cons, I'm all for it.
