RIP Leonard Nimoy

Sad news today, as a legend has died. I was once lucky enough to see him at a con, and got to ask him a question. It made him laugh, and he said it was one of the "embarrassing" things he remembers doing. The question I asked was that I had recently seen some records he had done "As Spock", and was wondering how many he had done. Unfortunately I don't remember exactly his answer, but I think at that time he said 3.
Anyway, I will always have fond memories of watching him on Tv, and remembering that he was the first "Alien" that I remember seeing on it, that was a good guy.

We will miss you Mr. Nimoy.

his obit in the NY times went and mentioned his horrible and awful Ballad of Bilbo Baggins rendition.

That's a good cautionary tale for all of us. Really embarrassing things WILL follow you to the grave.
I don't mind growing old... but I hate growing up.
