Other John Wick Games, Tried Em?

Postby Black Jack Rackham » Wed Aug 19, 2015 6:46 am

I have nearly every game he's published, read nearly all of them, but never played a thing other than 7th Sea (ok that's a bit of a fib, we did manage to play one entire session of L5R), and while I would dearly love to play some of them (especially DRUNK the RPG) I don't know that I ever will.

So have any of you and can you tell me what you liked/didn't like the best?

I played a few sessions of Orkworld. Very cute concept. Fun system, great setting, excellent lesson in "many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view."

orkworld works well.

Cat isn't bad for a single session or so.

Thirty is a great concept but not a great roleplaying experience.

Houses of the Blooded is a brilliant concept that works great with an advanced group of players willing to take on some story telling responsibilities themselves.
