Well today I took the plunge into finally "growing up" and talked to my boss about turning this shitty job into a less shitty career. Sat down and had the discussion of "what can i do to actually do the job i'm supposed to be doing so i can get paid the actual salary i believe i should be earning." I think it went well enough, now to learn how to be an adult and come up with these business report thingies. and 30-90 day plans.

I would say "welcome to adulthood" but at least 5 other posters on this board would riot, claiming something like, "You haven't joined us yet Mark so how would you know?"

To which, of course, I would respond reasonably and intelligently,
