There is at least one person in altamira that might figure out the technology involved in "why this is helpful". And if you have the cash that person would probably make them for you but is usually too busy for this sort of stuff. The bigger question is, "what do you need them for?". It's not like there are an abundance of armored louts wandering the streets. (and I promise you, Mark will be checking his notes to try and guess who I think would do it)

Mark started GMing for me with Shadowrun Mission. As any good runner will tell you, you never can have enough ammo or weapons. Now about a monofilament claymore?

A good runner needs 1 good gun, a tac computer, move by wire and 6 guys packing enough weaponry for 18 to draw the fire. And docwagon platinum so you can skip plans for extraction and let the medics do it.
