Year 4 Art Preview

Postby Black Jack Rackham » Mon Jan 27, 2014 5:32 pm

As a special for those of you who drop by frequently, here's a little teaser art for this year. We have an actual stand up banner starting this year, so I thought I'd give you all a quick look!

This isn't final yet, the artist wanted to add my name and I think that's a bit gauche (we'll reserve that for my book banner) so I'm going to have it removed.

EDIT: There is, of course, new art for this year's NPCs but we'll save that for the actual adventures ;)

Ok, Don fixed the banner. Here is it again (and in the final form)

By the way, where is the notice about the/your HoA artist being at some Con or other?

I apparently forgot to respond to this Mike.

1. Its about 5-6' tall
2. Don Higgins will be at TotalCon (in the dealer's hall)

So, if a request isn't out-of-line in this venue, what charge would Mr. Higgins make for an image/portrait of, say, a certain priest of Theus?

Depends on how detailed you want it. IIRC his 'con sketch' price is around $20-30 (approximately the level of detail you see in our HoA headshots). Whereas his professional work (check out the headshots of the five characters for my book) is quite a bit more.

You can check out his stuff and contact him directly Here.
