Alexandra and I got all of our events. They had the traditional hiccup but it went really smooth after that.

I had 5 tabs open with each event and kept hitting purchase until they went thru!

I had to relog three times. It was at least 8 times last year. So they are getting better.

Once the system recognized that I actually had a badge (purchased last November), it went relatively smoothly. Was able to get all of my 7th Sea events, and only missed out on one other game, which I've already replaced.

Cannot wait for June 18th!!!!

Check your email for a "Confirm you are you" note after your 1st attempt to buy a ticket. Once I did that, smooth sailing beyond the fact everything I wanted was full in the first 10 minutes.

So, what you are saying is that I need to buckle down and start writing the adventure.

Forgot to post this (the GenCon thing reminded me) but we will be in Clark the whole con (yes that includes the larp, I'm not exactly sure that will be the best fit but we'll make due).

I have larped in smaller areas, it will be fine.

Clark doesn't have a queen bed in the middle of it, or dressers.

Fingers crossed that we are the only ones in the room during the LARP.

Give me ten minutes and we will be.

Or we shift to a restroom, I always threatened to run a game in a restroom.

If I have faith in one thing, it's my power to find space at Origins. There is plenty of spots in the atrium, hallways and side areas to LARP. It's mich harder to find an open table amd chairs in a quiet spot.

I searched the events list by date, time and keyword searched Clark, and only our game came up. So I think we are good.

But will it be the C Hall Bathroom?

No, too narrow and too far to walk. Plus it's full of card gamers.

The ideal choice would be near Peppercorn for lack of use or near Taft A for space.

We will not be using Mark's special " secret bathroom" because then all of you will know where it is.

I can wait.

If we show up now, nobody else will be there that we know. Just the people from the International Parking and Mobility Institute. And I don't think they have any characters made.

They being there before us probably ups the chances all the elevators work.

Can the con get us a big fan in case we have no ventilation on Friday night?
