Good evening all,

Jenny and I are super excited to report that we are headed to Origins this year and after a 10 year hiatus are going to get in some 7th Sea! We cannot wait to play with you wonderful people once again. We signed up for an event Friday! (the first time we've bought an event ticket since probably the last time we played with y'all :) )

Safe travels all!

Awesome.

Good travel to one and all.

Barring complications, Jeremy and I will probably be there by noon wednesday.

Up and getting ready. In about 15 min, I'm heading out to pick up Evelyn and Jen and then we'll be on our way to Shane's. ORIGINS IS BEGINNING!!!
(Now if only *$^$&*^% Origins would give us actual room locations...)

Sooo.....the good news is, it appears that some of the RPGs have actually had real rooms assigned (according to TTE website, some of the conference rooms actually have activities now). The not-so-good news is that the HoA games do not appear to have been assigned to actual rooms as yet.

But then again, would it really be Origins if all the administrative stuff went smoothly?

I know about some spots. We will find a table. No worries.

I am now packed and had a small problem this morning.

There was no sign of character sheets for the playtest. Mine, Roger's and Connie's were not in the file they should have been.

Solved it after a while. They were in a purple folder. Purple is for D&D Basic edition. 7th Sea goes in Blue. General RPG stuff goes in Red. I had everything in the wrong color binder. Well, it is purple but it is packed

Wednesday's events are posted with location.

Franklin A that is next to the back entrance to the Big Bar in the Hyatt. I would hope they are deploying the dividers. But it is easy to find and near a restroom.

Good news! Soft open registration is painless.

Bad news. Our games are being held at "Multiple Tables"

My guess is that every day they'll be posting the day's game locations. At least it keeps us on our toes! :D

I get to see different beige walls every day?

This is the con I have been dreaming of for a decade! I seriously hate being in the same damn room all weekend. (Unless it is Clark, I would move into Clark forever)

So soft open tonight from 3 to 6 worked well. Less than 2 minutes to get my vaccine wrist band and tickets.

Domingo Gigante is in Franklin A, no other events are listed, so I am hoping that Franklin is it.

Latest news, I tried to post the prior notice through the Hyatts WI-FI, but I wasn’t allowed because it was identified as a blacklisted site. Interesting.

That's what I'm seeing for 19 & 20 on Friday, as well as the PA on Saturday afternoon.

Arrived, fed, and sent to the hotel to get some sleep.

Three days or three years makes no difference. We jumped right back into everything that we had missed. I’m so happy to be back

I want to thank Shane, Justin, John B, Mike, Katie, Jeremy, Alexandria, Chuck, David, Matt, Jenny, Evelyn, Steven, Amanda, Mike B, Brian John J, Craig, Tim, Cyrus, Josh, and a couple others i am forgetting because i am tired for sitting down and making an out of practice GM enjoy every minute of it.

Extra above and beyond thank your to Deb, Mark, Ken, Stephen and Charlie for food, and being the family I choose beyond genetics.

And a special thanks to Sonje for killing my long standing and only campaign character while it was on loan.

R.I.P. Romeo....

Carry on his legacy.
