Thanks, that seems almost too simple and not nearly arcane enough.

If it seems to stick for a long time, refresh it by opening a new tab (sometimes it forgets to update your page, but it's still counting down).

What about Episode 5?

Oh and to keep a running tally 36 tickets sold (out of 76 possible), so we've sold just about half the tickets. 1 sold out (Ep.1 Thurs Morning) after an hour and a half of registration.

EDIT, apparently there was a run as I was typing, it's now 41 tickets sold out of 76

Since this is GenCon and they've joined the late 20th century (which would be LAST century for those of you counting) Because I inputed all the HoA info, I can look at the names of the folks who bought tickets. Charlie, you are sitting at a table with Deb Wesel. YAY! And it appears Deb and Nicci are also going to be hanging out with us for a while!

Are Deb and Nicci bringing their ugly older sister with the hairy legs and chin?. Actually, that is a mostly avalon/highland party. You may be forced to be vesten free for a session.

There are actually other people playing Avalonians? And highlanders as well! I didn't think it was possible. It's a shame I can't go to GenCon.

Charlie and Lady Grace's husband are both playing Avalonians, Laura is Inish as is Tim at Origins and a guy that played 4 sessions at Con on the Cob. Year one had a highlander named Bruce (who is registered here)as well as Deb and Nicci playing twins (with Nicci's SO playing their older brother who I joke about being the ugly sister in the shorter dress). So yeah, I think there are more avalonians that Castillians. Low representation might be the Ussurans who only have 2 (counting the fhidelhi). I think I know of 3 vodacce and 4 eisen. Vesten, however, are everywhere.

Grace, you are a fence-hopping vesten and you just won't admit it. And I was counting Lisa as the second Ussuran. I can't think of any others except John's Alexsi character.

Mark, having never gone to Indianapolis before, I have a couple of questions. There seems to be quite a number of good places to eat. However, with 40K yahoo's running around, my guess is that they are quite crowded. Is it better to make reservations for dinner, or are there some hidden gems that you know of? Second, due to a lack of vacation time, I will not be able to drive with you. I can squeeze 2 vacation days out but not the week that driving would entail. I will be getting there around noon on Wednesday. What are your and everyone else's plan for the day?

Darn, no Charlie for the drive :(

Well at least I will see you at GenCon.

The crowded food area is centered on Illinois St. between W. Maryland and w. Georgia (that's where Steak N Shake, The Ram, The Mikado, and St. Elmo's are all located). As you move out away from them, things get less crowded (since the farther out you go, the less likely folks are to want to get there).

Hidden Gems.
Right next to Subway on Washington is a small tavern called Loughmillers Pub & Eatery (301 W Washington St). Gamers rush to Subway between events leaving Loughmillers almost competely empty. They do very good sandwiches (far FAR better than Subway). If you want to check out their menu, here's the website http://loughmillerspub.com/

Also while not exactly hidden (and sometimes busy) Claddagh Irish Pub (234 S Meridian S) has good irish food (I've never had anything there I didn't like). Their website is http://claddaghirishpubs.com/

And lets not forget The Rathskeller (401 E Michigan S). I am free after 5pm on Wed so if everyone else is, we could do good German food...
