Haven't gotten any feedback from folks. Did the system work for you? Get your discount? Problems?

WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ORIGINS!!!!!!!

Real Origins, not Charlie-free, lowfat, diet Origins.

Now if we can just get a better weekend next year and get Roger and Connie back, Sal will be a happy camper.

Well, not to be Debbie Downer here, but by my reading of Charlie's comment, he will not be driving over with us. So, it's still not totally complete for me either :(

Oh and 12 weeks to go!

I have to agree with dave and mark here, the lack of charlie last year was kinda a downer. Looking forward to this year.

I think Mark is now planning to use one of those cardboard box space ships to get to Origins before you leave home.

It's a little over 2 miles from the Hyatt so you can stroll if you like. Interesting museum dedicated to comic strip and comic art.

Bill is sort of a local enigma. Even if you run into him in Chagrin Falls at the local book shop or grocery, he will deny who he is, deny he knows Bill Watterson, and tell you that you are mistaken with a straight face. The man really, really likes his privacy.

Word is he dabbles in waterpainting landscapes in the area. Personally, if I ran into somebody I thought was him, I would make the effort to pretend I had not noticed him unless he had run into my car.

Is Waterson our generation's version of JD Salinger?

Nope, he's the guy that got out before he turned into Charles Schulz. Out of touch with modern humor, repeating the same 4 gags and grinding out sales because the masses are willing to read the repeats. Berke Breathed is Salinger.

They just got back from the GAMA Trade Show in LV. According to Joby no one there has checked their email since before they left. So you should get a response here sooner or later.

So, got an email from Joby Miller and the amount is now correct. However, when I input my credit card information, it didn't take.

More to come?
