All the various routes give me times from 14 H 23 MIN to 14 H 44 MIN so I'm just going to go out on a limb and say 15 hours to get there. We usually leave (at the latest) by 5am so that puts us in about 8pm. Since I have to get everyone situated can I say, 9pm? That ok with you or do you need me there earlier?

Excellent, see you then!

Nope, we're a Premiere Group after all, none of that, "on the outskirts of the Con" crap for us. We're at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (right next to the Westin)

Oops, forgot to tell then Gencon was cancelled because of a conflict with a furry con...well, I guess they will figure that out when they get there.

My goodness! We are not in Boston anymore! Nope, we are at GEN CON! We made it safely, though the deer count was extremely low this time, 4 dead deer and 1 live moose. So I think live moose trumps dead deers.

Ok, one day in and (wait for it)... YES my voice is already sounding rough. Had a throat lozenge hope that will work. If not well it's no different than every other con in the history of ever.

First game 9 a.m. hope to see you there

Lots of newbies yesterday. But low turnout overall total of 9 folks at the two tables, but lots of fun!

Got lots of fun new games yesterday, AND gave John Wick a copy of my book. Overall a good day.

22 people show up for PA. 9 of them with little to no 7th sea experience.. and almost all of those had the paid for tickets. So.. PA, party of Nine, episode 2.

So says the guy that lives down the street. Glad you all had a great weekend. Now remember, if Gencon events were too crowded, you players all can drop in with me at con on the cob or Origins 2015.

It was encouraging to note the additional new recruits/arrivals at the PA. Did many of them show up at Domingo Gigante?

GenCon has grown too large. It takes too much time to go from place to place, the food prices are just silly, and many of the points of interest are just too crowded.

But, if one limits one's interests, it can be a blast! I had a great time.

I made it home safely, everyone else has to as well. One broken car is enough for the guild this year.

Well, I fell out of bed, in Mark's guest room, because of a leg cramp. Mark's guest bed is a bit tall, and I thought I had more bed when I rolled over to get out to stretch out the leg cramp, but I must have been on the edge, fell off and landed on my right knee and hand. The knee is bruised, but fine, but something happened to my right hand. I thought I had broken a bone, but the X-rays didn't show one, so they said it must be sprained. So now I have it wrapped, and will be out of work for the rest of the week.
Dr. said it could take 3 to 6 weeks to properly heal. Figures.

So I'm staying an extra day at Mark's, but have been downsized to his daughter's bed, which is lower to the ground.

We're also putting the rail guards back on Kelly's bed to make sure Laura doesn't fall again. *Shush* Don't tell Laura, she'll get mad.
