So, I live in a small apartment. The kitchen is too small for a table so I tend to work prepping things in my livingroom, my biggest room, where I have a decent area to work. So today I decided I was going to make "Cheater's Chicken and Rice Soup", where you buy the chicken already cooked, buy already steamed rice and a box of chicken broth so that you can plop them all together and wa-la, instant soup.
So I get the chicken out of its container and I'm cutting it up into eatible sizes, but some parts are a bit tougher to pull apart, and so I'm fighting with a part I need to cut to a size, when it suddenly releases and flys up to the ceiling (guess I was using a bit more strength than I knew I was using) and sticks to the ceiling. Well, I finish the rest of it, and now I still have a piece of chicken stuck on the ceiling, as it hasn't fallen down yet, and I'm too short to get it down myself, even when I use something to extend my reach, like a spatular.
